I offer training and consulting for software teams, built on two decades of experience in open source and industry.
I have been part of the JUnit team for over a decade and have led it since 2016. I initiated the crowdfunding campaign that kicked off the development of JUnit 5 and have been shaping the framework ever since. For this work, I was honored as a Java Champion.
In industry, I most recently worked as a Senior Principal Software Engineer at Gradle, where I helped large engineering organizations improve developer productivity with build caching, Test Distribution, and Predictive Test Selection. Today, I offer training and consulting as an independent consultant and regularly give talks at conferences.
